What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts
- Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads โ cold calls, maintenance reminders, follow-ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more
- Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule, acting as dispatcher and keeping the board moving
- Serve as a front-line customer service representative for our brands
- Take a rotating on-call shift covering 8pmโ8am. Here's the good news: our AI answers the overnight calls. You're only stepping in for escalations or true after-hours emergencies the AI can't handle โ not fielding every ring
- Pitch in on other admin duties as needed
- Hit your targets. Get rewarded. Simple.
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You want to work from home โ this is 100% in-office, every day, at our St. Petersburg location
- You're not willing to take a rotating on-call shift (8pmโ8am) backing up our AI phone system
- You aren't willing to make outbound cold calls
- You can't follow a script or think sales isn't your job
- You need everything to move slowly โ this is a fast-paced role for someone with strong computer skills who can think on their feet
